Hey all! I was hand chosen to beta test the new version of my current blog. You will probably see some changes every now and then. I think this new version totally ROCKS! and I can't wait to see any other upgrades.

So outside of weddings, I like to stay busy and keep ideas fresh in my head for new picture ideas - kinda some personal "extra credit". Just a few days ago, a few other wedding photographer friends and I got together and arranged a session with some local models. Not being under the pressure of a wedding day, the point of this exercise was to try out some different ideas and also to try some new equipment out. The new and amazing Canon 200mm f/2.0 IS lens was on loan from Canon and I got to play with review it. My personal short use review of it... it is a wonderful lens and I want one.

I feel like a building has been lifted off of my shoulders.... The new website has been launched! There are still a few tweaks to make here and there, but overall I am so excited to have a new site that can display BIG pictures.
