My second stop of this trip took me to Salt Lake City. I arrived in town early afternoon, which allowed me LOTS of time to shoot. I actually went out twice, once the first day, into the city and the next day concentrating on the surroundings of the city. Salt Lake City is actually a much smaller city than I thought it was, but the views were amazing.

This is the state capitol building. It's pretty much at the top of the hill of the city.

The inside of the Capital...nearly completely made of marble.

and of course, you can't visit Seattle with out mentioning Starbucks. This one below is the FIRST ever Starbucks. (I even saw a 2-story Starbucks out here too...apparently it is pretty common here. I'm used to the corner stores and the ones inside other buildings.)
